Any Mauser new, surplus or take-off should fit, along with nearly any other manufacturer's Mauser-intended barrel that has the correct thread size and pitch (large ring, small ring, can't mix the two). There are many to choose from.
If you do it yourself, have a set of go/no go gages, a finish reamer and the correct information as to how to fit and finish the chamber in the new barrel. You may also run into the problem of re-regulating the iron sights; almost no two barrels draw up to the same place in the threads of any reciever, which can leave your sights canted one way or the other. If it won't draw up tight enough, or if some part of a thread is left exposed (for whatever reason, they are many and varied), then you also need a precision milling machine to remove material from either the reciever or the barrel until the proper fit and headspacing is acheived. Going back to the sights; if you know how to release the silver solder without overheating the barrel steel, and then can come up with a jig to allow you to re-set the sights accurately then you're in good shape. Otherwise, pay a gunsmith $60- $75 to do all of these things safely.
I have had a replacement barrel draw up perfectly. Once. I have also seen the results of barrels that people only thought were drawn up perfectly. It wasn't real pretty.
