For all my familiarity with Yugo Mausers, this is my first German and I am woefully ignorant of their markings and meanings. I am familiar with the history of
the Russian Capture 'refurbing' processes and conditions. That's what called me specifically to this one. It appears, in my ignorance, to have
suffered a minimum of disruption, to not be wholly a 'parts gun.' Is that correct? In any case, the German markings to the different parts appear to be
largely intact and the only Russian marking one 'X' on the receiver ring. The bore is excellent.
