Lee stated 1.190 not 1.90 (perhaps to many visits to the fridge last night?) and list the 230gr jacketed bullet with Power Pistol at a start charge of 6.7grs and a max charge of 7.2grs with a MINOAL of 1.190. Your Lyman manual may list MAXOAL instead of MINOAL. If getting the MINOAL you can always work out as long as the cartridge will chamber and function. If you seat them to a OAL of 1.250 or 1.200 I don't think you would have a problem with compressed loads or overpressure loads and if you have to clear the weapon for any reason you should have no problem with ejection of an unfired cartridge. You are given a Minimum OAL and can work upwards from that until you start having problems. Of course the Min may seat further from the lands so you want to get closer. Start with the Min and work out. When you see you are again having problems clearing the weapon with a full cartridge, back off.

If there was a way you could ship me a few I would give them a shot. No pun intended of course.
