We sure are full of opinions now aren't we...maybe we are in the wrong Forum. I hope a Moderator doesn't come along and shut us down (hehehe). I figure if this is the only traffic on this site, then let it go.

It's very hard to prove someone wrong when they whole-heartedly believe. Some may even call it stubborn....really doesn't matter. The facts are out there for all to see and you and I have had our own trials that we have went through. We enjoy the shooting sports and trust that our freedoms to do so are not taken away, so be it.

I guess what really surprised me about shooting that groundhog was that he never even flinched or varied in his steps. I thought that maybe I had missed until I found the blood. I like the idea of the smaller 5.56 round in a light firearm as my M4-AR. Very little recoil and quick follow up shots. I have since loaded up some Speer TNT 50gr bullets to take just for those critters...should solve the 'straight-thru' problem. As far as the bear tracks by the house...the little carbine shall stay in the rack.
