If you're still looking for a K98k I may be able to help you out. I have a rare NM/424 that was made in Richmond, Va. around 1861 for the invasion of Alaska. They are very hard to find these days. Has the original chamber indicator that jumps up just in front of the rear sight when you bump the lead bullet down the muzzle to load the casing. The indicator blocks the front sight from being seen when loaded and aiming when shouldered but you can see the front sight just fine after you fire it off. Did I tell you it was rare?
