the fact that the bolt doesn't match isn't as bad as other parts matching. Historically, when the soldiers shipped home on the liberty ships, a lot of ships required the soldiers to turn the bolts into the ship's arms locker to be stored so they didn't end up shooting each other. When they got off the ship, typical to army, they just got in line and grabbed the first bolt they found not looking at the serial number of the bolt. So a lot of veteran bring back weapons with all matching parts ended up with a mismatched bolt. As long as the headspacing is good its no problem. It does effect the value though. Why reblue? That will completly remove most collectors value of the rifle. However, if it makes you happy and its a shooter why not?
